These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji56 ("ji56," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ji56.club ("Platform"). Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at ji56's sole discretion, less any administrative costs incurred.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) ji56 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and any additional identification information requested as part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Ji56 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension or closure.

Ji56 also reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ji56 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login details to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Ji56 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Ji56 currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, PNB, and InstaPay. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your ji56 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has been fully verified through the KYC process;

Ji56 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if ji56 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Your account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• Continuing to maintain your account poses a risk to ji56 or to other players;
• You have provided false information during registration or verification;

By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute.
